Purchasing a Home

Buying a house can be stressful and requires countless important decisions.  When you find that perfect house, in addition to a structural inspection, you should have the well and septic thoroughly inspected.  In most areas it is the purchaser's responsibility to decide what inspections you want done.  It is inportant to have the well, septic and drainfields inspected if the home has a private system.

A proper well inspection consists of more than water quality testing.  During the inspection, Mike will check the pressure tank, pumping system and isolation distances.  All water samples are tested by a state certifield EPA regulated and approved laboratory.
